About us
1973: as a 14-year-old young man, first introduction to the equestrian world.
1980: The first Picobellohorses horse is bred.
1996: the first embryo, still in France at the time, is flushed out, namely Picobello Talent. This embryo won the Queens Cup Mechelen at a later age and participated in 3 European championships.
1998 - 2009: daughter Julie-Pascale and son Guillaume win 6 medals at European Championships and 4 gold medals at Belgian Championships.
2004: the year in which one of the first breeding products Pleasure by Picobello ran her first 1.60 class. She is also the grandmother of the following 1.60/1.65 horses: Check Picobello Z, Clown of Picobello Z, Copain Picobello Z, Romeo88 (ex Champion of Picobello Z).
2007: the passion of "hobby breeding" flows to about 15 annual
2014: Breeding is taken to a higher level to 30 foals every year.
2020: creation of the new breeding farm that houses about 100 youngsters.
2021: ICSI connections become very popular and connections to about 150 stallions were realized.
2021: first Picobellohorses auction online.
2022: supply of more than 120 frozen embryos.
2021: Romeo 88 (ex Champion of Picobello Z) participates in the Olympic Games Tokyo
2023: Copain de Picobello 6th Canadian Championship Seniors
2023: 64 years later, Picobellohorses is known worldwide for its exclusive breeding lines.
